Wellspring was set up primarily as a Leadership Training Centre with the purpose of serving the Body of Christ in East and Central Africa.
We have always held the belief that what we teach we must also do. Faith without actions is dead. Therefore we are committed to working out a model of what we believe in our community. This model encompasses what we see as basic functions that contribute to quality of life, health and well-being, education, employment and spiritual wholeness.
We passionately believe in the uniqueness of the individual with their enormous capacity for innovation, determination and success, given the right environment. Our desire is to help provide the correct conditions in order to allow the individual, family and community to flourish.
