Health Education and Outreach

Primary Health Care

This is a government sponsored project into the community around Wellspring. It enables the health centre to give health education and basic medical care, also child health monitoring and immunisation at no cost to the recipient.

A strategic venue is organised and the surrounding community is sensitised by our mobiliser.

If further treatment or laboratory investigations are required patients have the option to attend the health centre, with reasonable charges.

Health Education - Lecture Hall

This has enabled us to expand our health education programme, offering discussions, lectures, videos etc. on topics and subjects relevant to members of the community. Although HIV/AIDS is decreasing in Uganda we still have the aftermath of the previous years to cope with.

We are hoping to receive funding from an aid organization or government to enable us to work with AIDS sufferers and their families within the home environment, offering health care and practical support.
